CO2 laser marking machine use process

Check the water before being switched after the circuit is correct. Boot order:
① turned into the line power, turn the key switch. At this time the machine is powered ventilation and refrigeration systems, ammeter displayed value about 7A;
② Wait 5 to 10 seconds, press the trigger button on the outside of the control panel, ammeter displayed value to zero, after 3 to 5 seconds, krypton lamp lit, ammeter displayed value 7A. (Reference laser power supply operating instructions);
③ Open galvanometer power;
④ Turn on the computer, call up the required marking files;
⑤ adjust the laser power supply to the operating current (10 ~ 18A), you can start marking.

After marking the end of the above order reverse power off for each component:
① laser power supply current to the minimum (about 7A);
② Turn off the computer;
③ Close galvanometer power;
④ Press the stop button;
⑤ Close key switch;
⑥ Disconnect the line supply.
